Boyds, MD (June 8, 2017) – The Washington Spirit has signed a partnership with Comcast Business for the National Women’s Soccer League 2017 season.
As part of the partnership, Comcast Business will be the presenting sponsor of the Spirit ball kids, who help keep the ball moving during games by getting the ball to players when it goes out-of-bounds.
“We are excited to announce our partnership with Comcast Business and look forward to working with them this season and hopefully many more to come,” said Spirit president Chris Hummer. “We’re grateful for their support of our club, the local community and women’s professional soccer.”

The Washington Spirit returns to National Women’s Soccer League competition on Saturday, June 17 for the NWSL on Lifetime Game of the Week on the road against the Chicago Red Stars.
