Before Arriving
🎟️ DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS: Log into your Ticketmaster account or Account Manager and add your tickets to your Apple or Google Pay Wallet.
Bringing friends along? Make sure to forward their tickets to them to save time at the venue entrance. Learn more >
🎒 REVIEW THE BAGGAGE POLICY: Bags are permitted, and guests will be screened prior to entry. Weapons, pepper spray, umbrellas, glass items, and alcohol will not be permitted inside the venue.

🟢 ENTRY: Fans can use any of the three gates to enter Open Training. Fans will also be able to exit and re-enter Open Training with a hand stamp.
Gate 1: Located at the Field House
Gate 2: Adjacent to the baseball field, at Lot P
Gate 3: Along Campus Drive, where the parking shuttle will pick up and drop off
🚻 RESTROOMS: Bathrooms will be available for fans inside the field house and inside the main gate.
Open Training Activities
🎁 GATE GIVEAWAY: The first 2,500 fans will receive a Spirit Open Training cooling towel. Arrive early to get yours!
🌸 ACTIVATIONS: Visit partner booths for giveaways, photo moments, sweepstakes, and more!
🎤 PLAY-BY-PLAY: Watch the Spirit train from 4:00–5:00 PM, hosted by Britt Waters with commentary from Coach Jackie.
📺 INTERNATIONAL SOCCER: Enjoy streaming of World Cup matches throughout the afternoon!
🍔 FOOD & DRINKS: Food trucks will be available on site for fans to purchase food and refreshments. Fans are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the venue. Due to venue restrictions, there will be no sale of alcohol on site.
🎨 FAN FEST ZONE: Activities will include face painters, airbrush tattoos, tailgate games, lawn games, and more!
📸 FATHER’S DAY ACTIVITIES: Enjoy Best Dad photo moments, press conference photo ops, and special Father’s Day programming.
🥅 POST-TRAINING PKS: All kids have a chance to take a penalty kick on the field after training wraps up.
💛 PLAYER ENGAGEMENT: Stick around after practice; the Spirit players will be on-site, and there will be opportunities to get up close with the team.

Item of the Day
🌈 PRIDE JERSEYS: Fans can customize Spirit in Bloom jerseys to feature any player on the Spirit roster. Pride jerseys are limited edition and available while supplies last.
Transportation
Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to guarantee a spot. For the overflow lot, there will be a shuttle available running every 15 to 20 minutes from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The shuttle will drop off at the entry near Campus Drive.

Accessibility
ADA parking is available next to the GMU Field House on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans needing accommodation will also be able to utilize the shuttle from the overflow lot. Sensory bags will be available at the GMU Field House front desk for fan use.
