Where does the Washington Spirit play its home matches?
Beginning in 2023, Audi Field is the exclusive home of the Spirit. Audi Field is located at 100 Potomac Ave SW in Washington, D.C.
How many home matches will there be in 2023?
- Eleven (11) NWSL Regular Season matches
- Three (3) UKG NWSL Challenge Cup matches
- Each NWSL team has the potential to host two (2) additional Challenge Cup matches and one (1) playoff match depending on its final position in the table.

When is the deadline for renewing my season seats from 2022?
The 2023 renewal deadline is at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2023. Without full payment, your seats will become available to the general public at that time.
How do I pay for my tickets?
To pay for your tickets, please log into your Spirit Account Manager, or call the Washington Spirit Sales Team at 202-536-5999.
- Members who placed a 2023 seat deposit may apply their deposit to the order total upon check out.
Where do the Supporters sit?

I need to update my mailing address. Where can I do that?
Please make sure to verify or update your contact information prior to the renewal deadline. Changes to your contact information can be updated online through your Spirit Account Manager or by calling the Washington Spirit Sales Team at 202-536-5999.
I need to update my email address. Where can I do that?
Your email address can be updated by contacting your dedicated Account Executive.
I need to reset my Washington Spirit Account Manager password. Where can I do that?
Passwords can be reset, if lost or forgotten, by clicking here. Select “Sign In” in the upper right corner of the page, and then “Forgot Password”.
Can I transfer ownership of my tickets to a friend or family member?
Season Member accounts are non-transferable. The Season Member on record is responsible for their account.
When can I manage my tickets?
Accounts that are compliant will be able to manage their tickets after the release of the season schedule.
How will my season tickets be delivered for the 2023 season?
Season tickets will not be provided in paper or hard ticket form and will be made available as mobile tickets only. Season tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically, however, there are no additional restrictions on transfer beyond the electronic format. PDF ticket delivery methods are not considered mobile and will not allow entrance into the game.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children under three years of age do not require a ticket. They must, however, sit on the lap of a ticketed adult.
What if I would like to purchase ADA seating?

What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as specifically provided below shall be provided. Game date and time are subject to change by the NWSL under its policies or due to other actions or events beyond the NWSL’s control. No refund will be made if the holder of the ticket cannot attend. If games are canceled, we’ll work on a process with all Season Ticket Holders to apply credit to agreed upon tickets.
Where can I access and manage my tickets?
Tickets can be accessed and managed through your Spirit Account Manager.
Can I forward tickets to friends or family?
Yes. Mobile tickets can be transferred to friends or family by first logging into your Account Manager. Recipients of tickets will be required to log into their Spirit Account or create an account of their own to complete the transfer process. Once the recipient logs in or creates their Spirit Account and completes the ticket transfer, they can use their phone to access their mobile tickets.
Can I cancel a ticket transfer?
If the tickets have not been accepted by the recipient, the sender can cancel the ticket transfer and reclaim the tickets. Once the tickets have been accepted, you no longer have access to them. If tickets are not accepted by the start of the event they will return to the sender.
Can I print my tickets or take a screenshot of a ticket?
As part of our ticket policy, screenshots will not be permitted for entry. Additionally, mobile tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically through the Spirit Account Manager. Mobile tickets cannot be transferred as a PDF using any other form of delivery and neither PDF printouts nor on-screen PDF tickets will be allowed for entrance into the game.
How do I access my tickets?
All tickets are mobile only and can only be managed through your Spirit Account Manager. Don’t have a smartphone? You can utilize another member of your party’s smartphone to present your ticket.
How do I know which gate is closest to my seats?
Your mobile ticket will indicate the gate that is nearest to your seats.
I’m having trouble accessing my mobile tickets. What should I do?
