What is a Full 90 Club membership?

A Full 90 Club membership with us is your ticket to the best seats in Audi and Segra Field for all of the Spirit’s NWSL matches at the lowest available price. Members will also receive exclusive benefits and best-in-class customer service.

How much does a Full 90 Club membership cost?

Can I split my season membership payments between different credit cards?

Yes, you may split payments between two or more credit cards. Please contact your membership representative to make arrangements.

How many matches are included in my Full 90 Club Membership package?

Seven (7) NWSL regular season games for Audi Field plans and five (5) NWSL regular season games for Segra Field plans.

Where can I purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate?

By logging into your Spirit Account Manager, Full 90 Club members can purchase single match tickets at the discounted rate automatically. For any additional needs, like group or premium tickets you can contact your member representative.

Do I get my seats for playoff matches?

All Full 90 Club members get first right of refusal for any Washington Spirit home playoff and Challenge Cup matches.

Do members receive access to other Washington Spirit Events?

Yes, members receive pre-sale access for additional events for our pre-season Challenge Cup, and playoff matches throughout the year.

When will I find out about the Full 90 Club events and calendar for 2022?

Stay tuned for a full calendar of our online and in-person Full 90 Club member events happening during the 2022 season! You will be contacted by the club, and your membership representative when these events are finalized.

Does the Washington Spirit offer any Parking Plans included with a Full 90 Club Membership?

No, parking plans are provided by SpotHero and members will receive an email with promo code to apply for a discount.

When will I receive my limited-edition, member-exclusive gift for the 2022 season?

You will be contacted by your member representative upon the completion of your purchase who will work with you to deliver the membership package at the earliest convenience.

How do I receive 15% off merchandise at the Spirit Shop online or in-store?

Members will receive a 15% promo code to our online store at their time of purchase. Details regarding in stadium merchandise discounts will be shared as we get closer to the start of the 2022 season.

Where can I collect my matchday giveaways?

As a Full 90 Club member, you can collect your match day giveaway at the gate upon entry or at the Spirit Sales Table located inside the stadium.

How do I make changes to my season ticket account or location?

Any changes to your season ticket account or location must be communicated to your membership representative during the renewal period. If you are interested in relocating your current seats you will have this opportunity after your membership is renewed.

How do I change the number of memberships on my account?

If you have thoughts of changing the number of memberships on your account, it is important to communicate this with your representative at this time as you will not have the opportunity to do so during the relocation period.

What happens if I don't complete my membership renewal?

Failure to renew during the 30 day renewal period will result in the release of your seats for new customers to select from. For more details you can contact your membership representative.

Can I receive a refund on my Full 90 Club membership with the Washington Spirit?

Full 90 Club members may only receive a refund for future Washington Spirit matches in the event of deployment for active military duty, relocation outside a 100-mile radius of Washington, DC for work, or in the event of an untimely passing. Accounts that cancel for any other reason will be responsible for the full balance on the account. In the event of deployment or professional relocation, a cancellation will not be processed without written documentation.

How many matches are being played at each venue?

For the 2022 regular season, there are 7 matches played at Audi Field and 5 matches played at Segra Field.

When can I purchase tickets?

How will I receive my tickets?

In order to make Audi and Segra Field a more secure venue for our fans, all event tickets will be accessed from a mobile device. Digital ticketing reduces the amount of fraud and gives fans the ability to conveniently manage their tickets on their phone.

How can I access my tickets on a mobile device?

The easiest place to access your mobile tickets is through the Washington Spirit Account Manager on your mobile web browser. Single Ticket purchasers can also find their tickets by logging into www.ticketmaster.com.

Is there a way to donate unused tickets?

You will be able to donate your unused tickets to local nonprofits. Please contact your account representative to arrange.

What if I require ADA seating?

ADA options will be available. Please note this information when you’re first contacted by a ticket representative to accommodate.

Ticket Exchanges (only for Full 90 Club members)

How do I exchange tickets from one match to another, OR exchange/upgrade seats within the same match?

  1. Log into your Washington Spirit Account Manager via your mobile device, computer, or tablet.
  2. Select the match you want to manage, click the ellipsis above “More”, and select “Exchange.”
  3. Select the tickets you would like to exchange, click “Continue”, then select the match you would like to exchange into.
  4. Once the map loads please update the ticket quantity in the upper right corner to reflect the number of tickets you would like to obtain. Example: If you have two season tickets and you simply want to move to a different location for the match, leave the seat quantity at two. If you have two season tickets but a friend is joining you for a match, change the seat quantity to three.
  5. Select the specific seats you would like to exchange into. Please note you may not leave a single seat unoccupied within a row.
  6. By selecting seats within the same price level as your original tickets, the exchange will come at no additional cost. By selecting additional tickets, or tickets at a higher price point, you will be responsible for the difference owed. The cost of the new tickets will be the discounted member rate.
  7. Once you have your new seats selected click “Add to Cart”. Review the match and seat location for your new tickets, and click “Continue.”
  8. The Summary page will display the tickets you are exchanging out of, the tickets you are exchanging into, and the cost of any upgrade or additional tickets. Once you confirm the details, click “Next.”
  9. In the cart select “Mobile Entry” as your delivery method. No payment is required if you selected tickets within the same price point, otherwise the system will ask for payment information for seat upgrades and additional tickets. Once you agree to the terms and conditions and click checkout your request will be processed!

How do I move tickets from multiple matches into one? (e.g. I have two season tickets, but cannot attend the last match of the year and want to have four tickets for a match in September)

  1. Log into your Spirit Account Manager via your mobile device, computer, or tablet.
  2. Select the match you want to exchange out of, click the ellipsis above “More”, and select “Exchange.”
  3. Select the tickets you would like to exchange, click “Continue”, then select the match you would like to exchange into.
  4. Once the map loads please update the ticket quantity in the upper right corner to reflect the number of tickets you would like to exchange.
  5. If there are open seats next to your Season Tickets, select those seats from the map and continue the exchange and checkout process. Please note you may not leave a single seat unoccupied within a row. After checking out you will now have four seats together!
  6. If there is no availability next to your Season Tickets, pick any available seats within your same price level and continue with the exchange and checkout process. Please note you may not leave a single seat unoccupied within a row.
  7. Once the initial ticket exchange is complete, repeat the process of managing your tickets. Select the September match that you now have four tickets to, click the ellipsis above “More”, and select “Exchange.”
  8. Select the tickets you would like to exchange, click “Continue”, then select the September match you would like to move your seats within.
  9. Once the map loads please update the ticket quantity in the upper right corner, and then select the specific seats you would like to move into.
  10. Continue with the exchange and checkout process, and once complete you will now have four seats together!
