SUPPORTERS’ GROUPS
Located in sections 136 and 137 at the north end of Audi Field, the Washington Spirit supporters’ groups bring the noise, energy and passion to every match. The Spirit Squadron, Rose Room Collective, 202 Unique and Buzzard Point Social Club make Audi Field one of the liveliest, most energetic stadiums in the NWSL.
Supporters can buy season memberships or single match tickets in sections 136 and 137 online or by calling 202-536-5999. For away supporters visiting Audi Field, please contact Devin Pugh or call 240-705-8134.
Spirit Squadron
In their own words:
“The Spirit Squadron, the Squad behind the Squad, is a safe, positive and encouraging supporters’ group for the Washington Spirit. Founded in 2013, we support and inspire the players, coaches and staff of the Spirit and strive to bring public awareness to the National Women’s Soccer League in the DMV area.”
Rose Room
In their own words:
“Rose Room Collective is an independent supporter group for the Washington Spirit and D.C. United by and for people of color (POC) and non-white supporters. As the nature of soccer support in the United States changes and evolves, we were founded on a strong desire to have a supporter group in the D.C. area with a more targeted approach to including and amplifying the voices of POC.“
202 Unique
In their own words:
“The 202 Unique is a supporters group founded by and for the queer community. Our goal is to provide both unwavering support for DC soccer and for our queer community. We strive to be a positive voice for the diversity of DC inside and outside of the stadium. Friends, Family, Allies and all others who support our queer chosen family are welcome to join.“
Buzzard Point Social
In their own words:
“BPS is a new and upcoming soccer supporters group. Our creation was based on the desire to cultivate the fan culture in the DMV soccer scene by creating “Un Club Para Todos“: a safe space for all fans to come and meet like-minded, diverse people. Our board and members are focused on being transparent in operations and being an avenue for friendship to flourish.“
