ACCESS AND DOWNLOAD TICKETS
We strongly recommend adding your mobile tickets to your virtual wallet prior to arriving at the venue, for ease of entry. You may access your tickets by logging into your Washington Spirit Account Manager. If you purchased tickets via Ticketmaster, you may login to your Ticketmaster account HERE. Once logged in, select Manage Tickets and add all of your tickets to either your Apple or GooglePay Wallet.
BAG POLICY
Audi Field will be operating with a no bag policy at this time to ensure contactless entry into the stadium. Clutch bags measuring 5”x7”x1”, diaper bags measuring 14”x14”x6”, and medical bags measuring 14”x14”x6” will be allowed.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
All attendees three years of age and older will be required to wear a face covering at all times (except when actively eating and drinking) when inside of the stadium. Social distancing guidelines will be regulated and enforced. Failure to comply with the following policies or direction from stadium personnel may result in ejection from the venue. ARRIVE EARLY
Gates open at 5:30 PM and we recommend entering through the gate notated on your digital ticket to eliminate lines upon entry to Audi Field. For parking information and other ways to get to Audi Field, visit our Transportation Page.
