Boyds, MD., (2/25/20) – The Washington Spirit have released their official 2020 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) Regular Season Home Schedule. The Spirit will resume league play on April 18 when they open the season at Audi Field against Reign FC.
Single-game tickets will be on sale to the general public online at washingtonspirit.com/tickets on Thursday, February 27 at 12 pm ET.
An exclusive 48-hour presale will begin today for Spirit, DC United and Loudoun United Season Ticket Holders as well as Matchday Memories Group purchasers. Season Ticket Holders will be sent an email with more details.
Matchday Memories Groups, fans with questions about becoming a Washington Spirit Season Ticket Holder and fans interested in individual game tickets can call the Spirit ticket office at 301-591-0927 for more details.
The Spirit’s eighth NWSL season will feature nine teams set to face off in a 24-game regular season with 12 home games and 12 away games. Every team will take on each opponent three times.
The Spirit will be playing games at Audi Field, Segra Field and the Maryland SoccerPlex in 2020. The Spirit’s games will be evenly split between the venues, with four games being played at each location.
The Spirit will be hosting a number of theme nights during the 2020 Season, including a Pride Night, First Responders Night and Armed Forces Night. A full theme night schedule will be released in March.
