MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS

1. Log in to your Washington Spirit Account Manager: https://am.ticketmaster.com/washingtonspirit/
2. Click ‘View/Pay Invoice Tab’ on the top toolbar.
3. Select the invoice starting with ‘2025 Full Season’, click ‘Continue.’
4. Click ‘Select Payment Option’ to choose from the options below,
5. Pay in Full – Pay the full amount due today and don’t worry about another payment for the rest of the 2025 season
6. 50/50 Payment Plan – Pay 50% today and pay the remaining 50% of your account balance by May 15, 2025.
7. Monthly Payment Plan- Pay your first installment today and have the remaining payment divided equally between now and June 15, 2025. Payments are automatically charged on the 15th of each month (interest free).
8. After selecting your payment Option, click ‘Add Payment Method’ and fill in your payment details.
9. Click ‘Pay Now’ to complete the payment.

2. Click ‘Upgrade/Relocate’
3. Next to your current seat description, click ‘Adjust Seats’, then click ‘Next’.
4. Available inventory will populate on the seating map in green. Use your mouse to select your new seats. Please be mindful of the following rules while selecting your seats:
   • Your seat selection can’t leave a single seat.
   • If you select a seat adjacent to the aisle, the aisle seat must also be selected.
   • If you select an aisle seat, the seat adjacent must also be selected.
   • A single seat cannot be left in your selected row.
5. Once you have chosen your seat(s), click ‘Add to Cart’ in the bottom right corner.
6. Next, view your Shopping Cart and click ‘Continue’.
7. Review your seat selection. If content, click ‘Checkout’. If you would like to make a change, click ‘Edit’ and ‘Return to Map’.
8. Add your Account Details and click ‘Save’
9. Scroll down the page to the Payments portion, select from the options below.
   • Pay in Full – pay off the full amount of your plan.
   • 50/50 Payment Plan – pay the first 50% on sign up, and the other 50% on or before May 15, 2025.
10. Monthly Payment Plan- Pay your first installment today and have the remaining payment divided equally between now and June 15, 2025. Payments are automatically charged on the 15th of each month (interest free).
11. Click ‘Add Payment method and fill in your payment details.
12. Click “I Accept the Terms and Conditions” and click “Pay Today”.
13. Congrats! You have now relocated and renewed your seats!

2025 Washington Spirit Full Season Ticket Memberships will include 13 NWSL regular season matches. Season Ticket Members will have first access to purchasing additional events, including playoffs.

You’re all set! There is no additional action needed on your end for 2025. You will have the same seats for the 2025 season. If you wish to relocate, please contact your Washington Spirit Account Manager.

Season Ticket Members have three payment options, including a 10-month, interest-free plan from the renewal period through June 15, 2025; a 50/50 payment plan with one payment now and one on February 15, 2025, or paying in full.

By starting 2025 renewals now, Season Ticket Members can begin monthly payment plans which allow their membership cost to be spread over more months for the utmost flexibility.

Automatic renewal, or auto renewal, means that every Season Ticket Member will be renewed for the following season unless you tell us otherwise. Each season, there will be an opt-out window that allows Members to opt out of renewing for the upcoming season. We will always communicate this period to Members ahead of time via email.

Auto renewals allow Members the convenience of not filling out and returning paperwork regarding their membership each year. It makes being a Member as seamless as possible.

If you do not wish to renew, you will forgo your seats, priority, and all benefits associated with being a Season Ticket Member in 2025. Seats that are not renewed before the renewal deadline will be available for new and existing members to purchase.

During the renewal period, members will be able to add additional seats through their online Account Manager, or by calling their rep directly.

You will need to reach out to your Membership Services Rep directly.

During the renewal period, only season seats that weren’t sold during the 2024 season will be available for sale. Following the renewal period, more inventory may become available.

If you decide to move your seats during the renewal timeframe, you will still have another opportunity to relocate following the renewal period if your desired seats become available. Please contact your Membership Services Representative for a better idea of availability.

Seats will be dropped from your account on Monday, September 16 at 11:59PM ET. If you would like to purchase your seats beyond this deadline, you may do so based upon availability.

During checkout (online or over the phone) you can choose your payment plan.

Yes! Once you are logged into your online Account Manager, click “My Profile”, then click on the Payment Method tab to add or change your credit card.

We utilize all mobile ticketing. 2025 Season Tickets will become available in your Washington Spirit Account Manager upon the 2025 NWSL Schedule Release.

Currently, only Full Season Memberships are available. If you would like to purchase a Full Season Membership, you can place a deposit. Half Season Memberships and Mini-Plans will be announced at a later date.
