General

Beginning in 2023, Audi Field is the exclusive home of the Spirit. Audi Field is located at 100 Potomac Ave SW in Washington, D.C.

For the NWSL regular season, the Spirit will host thirteen (13) matches at home. The team’s schedule will be released in early 2025.

 

Any additional matches would be announced at a later date.

The supporters’ groups are located in Section 137, which is a safe standing section. Learn more about our supporters’ groups here.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as specifically provided below shall be provided. Game date and time are subject to change by the NWSL under its policies or due to other actions or events beyond the NWSL’s control. No refund will be made if the holder of the ticket cannot attend.

 

If games are canceled, we’ll work on a process with all Season Ticket Holders to apply credit to agreed upon tickets.

Children under three years of age do not require a ticket if they are sitting on the lap of a ticketed adult.

Mobile Ticketing

All tickets are mobile only and can only be managed through your Spirit Account Manager. Don’t have a smartphone? You can utilize another member of your party’s smartphone to present your ticket.

Yes. Mobile tickets can be transferred to friends or family by first logging into your Account Manager. Recipients of tickets will be required to log into their Spirit Account or create an account of their own to complete the transfer process. Once the recipient logs in or creates their Spirit Account and completes the ticket transfer, they can use their phone to access their mobile tickets.

If the tickets have not been accepted by the recipient, the sender can cancel the ticket transfer and reclaim the tickets. Once the tickets have been accepted, you no longer have access to them. If tickets are not accepted by the start of the event they will return to the sender.

As part of our ticket policy, screenshots will not be permitted for entry. Additionally, mobile tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically through the Spirit Account Manager. Mobile tickets cannot be transferred as a PDF using any other form of delivery and neither PDF printouts nor on-screen PDF tickets will be allowed for entrance into the game.

Your mobile ticket will indicate the gate that is nearest to your seats.

2025 Season Memberships

A full season membership plan will include all 13 NWSL regular season home matches played at Audi Field for the 2025 season. Any additional playoff or friendly matches will be available for purchase as part of a pre-sale window for members.

 

Fixed half season membership plans include seven set matches, while flex half seasons included six matches of your choosing.

Premium Memberships includes all seats located in the Club (C1-C9) or Field (F1-F12) Sections at Audi Field. These membership types give fans the ultimate matchday experience with access to all-inclusive food and beverage in the climate-controlled EventsDC Club or FanDuel Lounge as well as other VIP benefits.

 

Center Circle Reserved Memberships include fans with seats in Sections 126, 127, and 128.

 

All other memberships are considered “Reserved” tier.

Once you purchase a season ticket membership, you will be assigned a Membership Service Representative whose sole objective is to ensure you have the best possible experience as a Washington Spirit season ticket member.

You will have the ability to purchase tickets at a preferred rate through your Washington Spirit Account Manager. Please contact your Membership Services Representative for additional seat availability and upgrade options.

As a Spirit Season Ticket Member, you know better than anyone why home-field advantage matters. Help us grow our fanbase and refer a friend, coworker, or family member that might be interested in season tickets and/or group tickets! Your tickets for each match are available in your Washington Spirit Account Manager, where you can manage and exchange your tickets.

To better serve our fans, we now offer three ways to pay:

  • Pay in Full – Pay the full amount due today and don’t worry about another payment.
  • 50/50 Plan – Pay 50% of your invoice today and pay the remaining 50% at a later date.
  • Interest-Free Monthly Plan – Split your balance into equal, interest-free monthly payments starting September 15, 2023 and ending July 15, 2024. You will be automatically charged on the 15th of each month. Next, click ‘Add Payment Method’ and fill in your payment details.

Whether you are renewing your seats, relocating, or buy a new membership, you will be prompted to choose your payment plan during the online purchase process.

Yes! Head to the ‘View/Pay Invoice’ tab in your Washington Spirit Account Manager at any time to make a payment.

Yes! Once logged into your Washington Spirit Account Manager, click ‘My Profile’, then click the payment method tab to add or change your billing information.

Season member accounts are non-transferable. The Season Member on record is responsible for their account.

You are, however, able to transfer your tickets for a match to friends and family using Account Manager.

Your email address can be updated by contacting your dedicated Membership Services rep.

2025 Season Ticket Membership Benefits

Members have the option of transferring tickets to another account, donating their tickets to one of our partner organizations, re-selling their tickets through their TicketMaster Verified Account, or exchanging their tickets for additional seats to another Spirit Match. All these options can be accessed through your Account Manager.

Full Season Members will be able to exchange their tickets for up to four future matches during the 2025 NWSL regular season.

More information on next season’s gift will be shared as we get closer to the start of the 2025 Regular Season. You will receive one gift per seat on your account.

The 2025 Season Membership event and any other Membership Events will be announced as we get closer to the start of the 2025 season.

Fixed Half Season Memberships

The half season plan will include the seven (7) best games of the 2025 Washington Spirit regular season home matches; including the 2025 Washington Spirit home opener followed by approximately 1 game per month at Audi Field.

Yes, your seat will be the same for each game in your plan.

Half season members may exchange up to two (2) games during the 2025 regular seasonExchanges may not be used for playoffs or other non-regular season matches. Additionally, all exchanges must happen 72 hours prior to the match and all exchanges are done online.

Yes, half season members will have an opportunity to purchase additional single tickets beyond those included in their selected matches at the preferred member rate.

Flexible payment options are benefits exclusive to half and full season members. Payment options that are available for our half season members are pay in full and 50/50 (time of purchase and February 15).

Flex Half Season Memberships

Each flex plan holder will have access to pick the six (6) regular season home games at Audi Field that work best for their schedule, excluding the home opener. 

  1. Sign into your Washington Spirit Account Manager. Make sure to sign in with the email you used to purchase your plan.
  2. Once signed in, a screen will appear reviewing your seat location selection and the number of plans selected.
  3. Click Select Matches Now.
  4. Select your six (6) desired matches. If you wish to add on the 2025 Home Opener, you will have the opportunity to do so prior to checking out.
  5. Once matches are selected, click Proceed to Choose Seats.
  6. Select the quantity of tickets. Please select the original quantity you selected. If you don’t remember your original selection, please return to the Account Manager homepage to review the details.
  7. Review your match selection. If everything looks correct, select Proceed to Cart.
  8. Review your seat locations. Please note that these will be assigned based on the best available inventory and are not guaranteed to be the same seats for each match. When ready, select Checkout.
  9. If you wish to add on the 2025 Home Opener, use the Plus Sign to add tickets. If you do not wish to add, select Skip and Continue.
  10. Select Apply Credit. If adding on the 2025 Home Opener, you will also need to add your Credit Card information to pay the balance owed.
  11. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  12. Click Pay Today to complete your match selection.  

The home opener will be available as an add on to your flex plan at our single game rate. 

The same seat is not guaranteed for our flex plan members. Guaranteed same seating for every match in your plan is a benefit of our full season and fixed half season memberships.

If you are not able to attend the game you pick, you will be able to donate them or share them with friends/family. Exchanges are an exclusive benefit of our full season and fixed half season memberships.

Yes, flex plan members will have an opportunity to purchase additional single tickets at a preferred rate beyond those included with their selected matches. Tickets to the home opener can be purchased at our standard single game rate.

Member Ticket Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Premium hospitality areas including Cabana Suites, Loge Boxes, and Suites, are not eligible for exchange. High-demand games and seating areas may be more challenging to exchange into due to limited seating inventory. Additionally, certain games may become ineligible for exchange, either into or out of, at the discretion of the Washington Spirit.  

• A maximum of 4 game exchanges may be made throughout the season for Full Season Members.  

• A maximum of 2 game exchanges may be made throughout the season for Fixed Half Season Members.  

•  Flex Half Season Member and Mini Plan tickets are ineligible for exchange.  

• Member additional tickets, groups, and single match tickets are ineligible for exchange.  

• Non-regular season matches (including potential International Friendlies, Playoffs, and non-NWSL matches) are not eligible to be exchanged into. All exchanges must happen during the 2025 NWSL regular season.  

• Exchanges can only be completed via your Account Manager and must be completed a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the game you wish to exchange. We do not accept exchange requests over the phone, text, email, or at the Spirit Box Office.  

• If you exchange your ticket for a seat in a higher price tier, you will be responsible for paying the difference during checkout. However, if you exchange for a seat in a lower price tier, no credit will be given for the price difference. 

• For fans that purchased and received a promotional rate in premium (club and field) seats, If the seating location you are moving into is priced higher than your original, you will pay the difference (at the 2024 rate) during the checkout process. If you are exchanging into lower priced seats, you will not receive credit for the difference in price.  

• If you wish to add seats while exchanging, you may do so during the seat selection process. Additional seats will be offered at the Member Preferred Rate.  

• If your membership is on a payment plan, your monthly payments are applied game by game throughout the season. If you wish to exchange a game that is not fully paid for, you will need to make a payment for the unpaid games to complete the transaction. Payment towards the unpaid games during the exchange process will reduce the overall balance of your payment plan.  

• Single seats cannot be left. For example, if you are trying to exchange two tickets into a seat block with three open, the exchange cannot be completed because one seat will be left alone.  

• The club reserves the right to limit exchanges on a match-by-match basis. 

• Exchanges that cannot be completed through your Account Manager can be requested by submitting an exchange request form. Please note: specific seat location requests cannot be accommodated through this form, as all exchanges are subject to ticket availability at the time of processing. Exchange request forms must be submitted at least two weeks before the match and may not be processed until 72 hours prior to the match. You will receive an email notification once your exchange request has been processed. 

Mini Plans

Once mini plans become available in 2025, By purchasing a four-game mini plan, fans may select any seat in the same price rate for four regular season matches. You will be able to simply log into your Washington Spirit Account Manager and select games. 

Yes, you must select all matches at the time of purchase.

Event tickets are delivered directly to your Washington Spirit Account Manager.

Payment in full is due at the time of purchase.  Flexible payment options are benefits exclusive to half and full season members.

The Spirit accepts all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, and Discover).

Group Ticketing

The minimum amount of tickets to purchase for a group is 10. 

You can reserve your group by placing an initial down payment to reserve your seats. Final payment is due two (2) weeks after your initial deposit. You can reserve your group at any time by contacting the Washington Spirit Group Sales Team at 202-536-5999. 

You should have a firm number when you are ready to purchase, as the minimum transaction is 10 tickets at a time, and we cannot guarantee that your groups will be together if they are not purchased at the same time. 

No. There is a strict no-reselling policy with Washington Spirit Group Tickets. It is important you make sure to get a firm number of tickets before you order, as if any tickets are caught being resold, your privileges will be revoked.

You can purchase group tickets over the phone with a Group Sales representative by calling 202-536-5999. Your representative will go over available inventory and dates, and then can help you purchase your tickets to the game.  

The Spirit accepts all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, and Discover).

Your representative will send you your confirmation email 2-3 business days after your purchase with a receipt and information on how to access. However once your tickets are paid in full, you can also log in into Account Manager with your email and click “Forgot Password” to access them. 

You will manage your tickets through through Account Manager.

Our Matchday Memories programs are a great way for group participants to be able to be a part of the game day experience and for us to help reward group buyers. The ticket minimums for these experiences starts at 25 tickets. If you have a group of this size, please submit the request form and a member of our team will follow up with you. 

The Spirit offer fundraising programs to help different organizations raise money through ticket sales. For more information, complete the group request form to be connected with a member of our team. 

One of the many perks of purchasing group tickets is that there are no per ticket fees.  A one-time processing fee of $10 is applied to every order.

This depends on the size of your group. If you have a large organization or company of over 100 people attending, we can set up a link for everyone to purchase separately and still sit together, or at least close. However, you must meet the requirements for it.

Suites

Purchasing a food and beverage package is not required.

We have a variety of options for suites that can fit all sizes ranging from 16 people to 30 peopleAll suites are purchased over the phone through a representative. Call 202-536-5999, and a representative will review our available inventory and match dates, and then can help you purchase your tickets to the game.
