Boyds, MD., (2/17/20) – Washington Spirit midfielders Jordan DiBiasi, Rose Lavelle and Andi Sullivan have been named to Vlatko Andonovski’s 26-player training camp roster in preparation for the 2020 SheBelieves Cup. Andonovski will choose a final 23-player tournament roster for the SheBelieves Cup before the first game.

DiBiasi attended the US’s Identification Training Camp last December, which was her first-ever senior USWNT call-up. DiBiasi has yet to appear in a game for the USWNT senior squad.

Lavelle has made 42 appearances for the USWNT, and has scored 12 goals during that span. Lavelle netted two goals in the US’s recent CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying Tournament victory, scoring the game-deciding goal against Mexico and contributing a goal in the US’s 8-0 rout of Panama.

Sullivan has made 16 appearances for the USWNT, with her most recent appearance coming during the CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying Tournament against Panama in which she played a full 90 minutes. Sullivan completed 36 of her 37 pass attempts during that start, while also contributing two steals.

The SheBelieves Cup features four teams: the top-ranked USWNT, No. 6 England, No. 10 Japan and No. 13 Spain. All of the matches will be shown on ESPN networks. All four teams contesting the 2020 SheBelieves Cup made the knockout rounds of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup last summer in France.

The tournament format for the SheBelieves Cup will be the same as the first four years. The winner will be determined by total points, with the first tiebreaker being overall goal difference, followed by goals scored, then head-to-head result. If teams are still tied, the next tie-breaker will be the Fair Play ranking.

The US begins play in the SheBelieves Cup on Thursday, March 5 against England at Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Fla. (7 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and TUDN). The USWNT will then travel to Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J., to play Spain on Sunday, March 8 (5 p.m. ET on ESPN and TUDN). The tournament will finish on Wednesday, March 11, at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas, as the USA faces Japan (7 p.m. CT on ESPNews and TUDN).
