Boyds, Md. (4/17/19) – On Saturday, April 27, the Washington Spirit will be holding an open training session for fans to watch the team prepare for their fixture against Reign FC. The event, held at the Maryland SoccerPlex, will begin at 10 a.m. EST and conclude at 12:30 p.m. EST.
The Washington Spirit and head coach Richie Burke are offering the unique experience of attending an open training session featuring the Spirit’s entire professional first-team. In addition, fans will have the opportunity to meet and greet the players after training for autographs and photo opportunities.
The open training session offers a fantastic chance to meet your favorite Spirit players before they represent their respective countries in the 2019 FIFA World Cup.
Spirit fans will have the chance to meet World Cup-bound players such as: US Women’s National Team players Mallory Pugh, Rose Lavelle and Andi Sullivan, Australian internationals Chloe Logarzo and Amy Harrison, and Reggae Girl Cheyna Matthews.
