Starting in the 2025 season, the Spirit is introducing an automatic renewal program for Season Ticket Members. The aim of this program is to create a seamless process for Members to keep their season tickets for the next Spirit season.

Frequently Asked Questions

Auto-renewal makes it easy to maintain your Spirit Season Ticket Membership. Enrolled Members will automatically renew their season tickets for each successive season using the original payment method unless they choose to cancel or opt out of auto-renewal by the specified deadline. Typically the opt out deadline will be in or around August prior to the start of next season.

Members enrolled in auto-renewal will be notified of any pricing or benefit changes and the approaching opt out deadline at least 30 days in advance.

If you would like to opt-out of the program, you have complete control to do so before each season’s deadline. The deadline to opt-out for the 2026 season will be in August or September of 2025. Renewal dates and more information will be communicated at a later date.

Yes, changes to your plan size and seating location can be made by contacting your Spirit Membership Services representative each year after you receive the pricing and plan information by email for the following season; details of which, including date and time for opting out of auto-renewal, will be determined at the conclusion of the current season.

You can opt out of auto renewal at any time for the next season, as long as you do so before the deadline for the subsequent season, which typically will occur in August or September. The exact deadline will be communicated to members at least 30 days in advance. If you fail to opt out before the deadline, you will be charged for the next season.

Each account will agree to the Terms & Conditions Agreement.
