Spirit Welcomes Arsenal & Chelsea to Audi Field
You won’t want to miss the Spirit host two of the most storied women’s sides in the world right here in Washington, D.C.! The Spirit will face Alessia Russo and Arsenal on Sunday, August 18 at 2:00 p.m. EDT before Audi Field hosts a doubleheader the following week: Trinity Rodman and the Spirit vs. Kansas City Current at 12:00 p.m. EDT followed by Arsenal vs. Cat Macario and Chelsea at 4:00 p.m. EDT.

August 18: Spirit vs. Arsenal
In the inaugural Washington Spirit International Friendlies match, the Washington Spirit fell short, 1-2, in a hard-fought match against Arsenal W.F.C. at Audi Field. A crowd of 15,062 — the Spirit’s sixth-largest crowd in team history — welcomed Arsenal on its maiden voyage to the United States.
August 25: Doubleheader

Season Ticket Members
As an additional membership benefit, Spirit Season Ticket Members received first-right-of-refusal on their current seats for the August 18 match against Arsenal and had priority access to buy additional tickets for both that match and the August 25 friendly.

Half Season Members: If your membership already includes the Spirit’s match against the Current on August 25, then your ticket is automatically valid for the Arsenal vs. Chelsea friendly as well. Half Season Members can purchase up to four (4) additional tickets during the presale.
Mini Plan Holders: If your Mini Plan already includes the Spirit’s match against the Current on August 25, then your ticket is automatically valid for the Arsenal vs. Chelsea friendly as well.
August 18 is NOT included, however, August 25 is included as part of all Full Season Ticket Packages. Starting June 18, Full Season Ticket Members will have priority access to purchase your same seats during a presale window.
Full Season Ticket Members that wish to attend August 18 in their same seats, will need to log into their Washington Spirit Account Manager and head to the ‘View/Pay Invoice’ tab, and select ‘Spirit vs. Arsenal’ to claim your tickets.
If Full Season Ticket Members would like to relocate and add up to four (4) tickets, head to the ‘Upgrade/Relocate’ tab and select the Washington Spirit vs. Arsenal FC match.
Full Season Ticket Members that wish to purchase incremental seats for August 25 will be sent a presale link and code via email. If you wish to relocate your current seats and add additional seats together, login to the Washington Spirit Account Manager and head to the ‘Upgrade/Relocate’ tab. Once in the Upgrade/Relocate window, select your seats for August 25.
