DIGITAL TICKETING GUIDE

Exchanges are subject to availability. Premium hospitality areas, including Cabana Suites, Loge Boxes, and Suites, are not eligible for exchange. High-demand games and seating areas may be more challenging to exchange into due to limited seating inventory. Additionally, certain games may become ineligible for exchange, either into or out of, at the discretion of the Washington Spirit.

Guidelines for Ticket Exchanges

• A maximum of 6 game exchanges may be made throughout the season for Full Season Members.
• A maximum of 3 game exchanges may be made throughout the season for Half Season Members.
• Mini Plan Member tickets are ineligible for exchange.
• Member Additional Tickets, Groups, and Single Match Tickets are ineligible for exchange.
• Non-regular season matches (including potential International Friendlies, Playoffs, and non-NWSL matches) are not eligible to be exchanged into. All exchanges must happen during the 2026 NWSL regular season.
• Exchanges can only be completed via your Account Manager and must be completed a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the game you wish to exchange. We do not accept exchange requests over the phone, text, email, or at the Spirit Box Office.
  • If you are a Field Table Full Season Member, you must reach out to your Washington Spirit Account Representative no later than two weeks prior to the match you want to exchange out of to facilitate an exchange.
• Tickets are only eligible for exchange at an equal or higher value. If you exchange your ticket for a seat at a higher price tier, you will be responsible for paying the difference during checkout.
• All exchanges must be done for the same number of seats. For example, if exchanging 2 tickets from Game A, you must check out with a minimum of 2 tickets for Game B.
• If you wish to add seats while exchanging, you may do so during the seat selection process. Additional seats will be offered at the Member Preferred Rate.
• Please note, only one game can be exchanged at a time during a transaction. If you wish to exchange more than one game, you must repeat the process again for the next transaction.
• If your membership is on a payment plan, your monthly payments are applied game by game throughout the season. If you wish to exchange a game that is not fully paid for, you will need to make a payment for the unpaid games to complete the transaction. Payment towards the unpaid games during the exchange process will reduce the overall balance of your payment plan.
• Single seats cannot be left. For example, if you are trying to exchange two tickets into a seat block with three open, the exchange cannot be completed because one seat will be left alone.
• The club reserves the right to limit exchanges on a match-by-match basis.
• Exchanges that cannot be completed through your Account Manager can be requested by submitting an exchange request form. Please note: specific seat location requests cannot be accommodated through this form, as all exchanges are subject to ticket availability at the time of processing. Exchange request forms must be submitted at least two weeks before the match and may not be processed until 72 hours prior to the match. You will receive an email notification once your exchange request has been processed.
