Salute to Service, Pride, and Pitchside Pups among theme nights planned for fans to enjoy
Washington, D.C. (04/24/2023) – Today, the Washington Spirit announced their theme night schedule for the 2023 season. Theme nights will include a Salute to Service match on Memorial Day weekend, the fan-favorite Pride Night in June, a World Cup kickoff celebration in July, and a Fan Appreciation Night at the Spirit’s final home match. Additionally, each of the Spirit’s three home UKG NWSL Challenge Cup matches will feature a Celebrating Women Series where the club will highlight prominent local women.
Fans can expect engaging activations relating to each theme on the concourse throughout the season, including fun for fans and dogs on Pitchside Pups night. Those who attend the Spirit’s Pride Night will take home their very own Spirit Pride flag.

At home, fans can see their favorite Washington Spirit players at Audi Field for every home match. Fans can secure tickets to all 2023 Spirit home matches with a season membership. Available here, the season membership grants fans access to priority seating, an exclusive gift from the Spirit, access to dedicated events throughout the season and more. The next home match will kick off on Saturday, May 6 when the Spirit hosts the San Diego Wave at 1 p.m. EDT. Tickets are available now.
