Boyds, MD (Sept. 27, 2017) – Washington Spirit players Lindsay Agnew and Alyssa Kleiner visited Wilson Wims Elementary in Clarksburg, Maryland this week as part of Active Communities Week, promoting physical fitness for children.
Agnew and Kleiner led students through exercises and spoke about the importance of staying physically active every day, as part of their appearance with the non-profit organization Athletes for Hope.
The Washington Spirit will play host to Seattle Reign FC at the Maryland SoccerPlex on Saturday, Sept. 30 in the team’s 2017 NWSL season finale. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. [TICKETS]
