Washington Spirit players Stephanie Labbé, Shelina Zadorsky and Lindsay Agnew each earned a cap in the Canada Women’s National Team’s 3-1 win over Costa Rica in their friendly on Thursday. Labbé and Zadorsky played the full 90 minutes, which marked their 43rd and 30th international caps, and Agnew played 79 minutes, which marked her 4th international cap.
Washington Spirit forward Mallory Pugh earned the starting nod and played the full 90 minutes for the U.S. Women’s National Team in Thursday’s 1-0 win over Sweden. The USWNT will finish its two-game set in Scandinavia on Sunday, June 11 vs. Norway (1 p.m. ET on FOX).
