- Forward Tinaya Alexander transferred from the Spirit to French club Montpellier HSC this week. Alexander played 162 minutes in nine appearances during the 2022 regular season with Washington.
- Angel City FC defender Vanessa Gilles was loaned out to Olympique Lyonnais this week. Gilles will be with the French club through next June.

- Midfielder Ashley Sanchez hails from Monrovia, California, about 30 miles northeast of Los Angeles. Sanchez also played college soccer at UCLA from 2017 through 2019 before being drafted by the Spirit with the fourth overall pick in the 2020 NWSL Draft.
- Forward Trinity Rodman is originally from Newport Beach, California, approximately 40 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
- Forward Tara McKeown is a native of Newbury Park, California, about 50 miles northwest of Los Angeles. McKeown also competed for the USC Trojans for four seasons before being selected by Washington with the eighth overall pick in the 2021 NWSL Draft.
