Boyds, Md. (3/27/18) – Washington Spirit midfielder Chloe Logarzo has been named to Ante Milicic’s 23-player roster for the Australian Women’s National Team as they prepare for their final friendly match before heading to France in June for the 2019 World Cup. Logarzo and the Matildas will take the field against fellow Spirit teammates Rose Lavelle, Mallory Pugh, Andi Sullivan and the United States on April 4 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo. (9 p.m. ET on FS1).

After missing the 2019 Cup of Nations tournament due to injury, Logarzo will be rejoining the Matildas with 29 career international caps and six goals for her country. Her most recent international goal coming against the United States in a 1-1 draw in the 2018 Tournament of Nations.

Logarzo has recently joined the Spirit on loan from Sydney FC ahead of the 2019 NWSL season after helping them claim Australia’s 2019 W-League championship alongside current Spirit and former Sydney FC teammates Amy Harrison and Aubrey Bledsoe.
