Boyds, MD – March 31, 2018: The Washington Spirit defeated the Orlando Pride 2-0 during a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) match at the Maryland SoccerPlex.

Boyds, MD (March 31, 2018) – Washington Spirit owner Bill Lynch presented midfielder Tori Huster with an honorary No. 100 jersey ahead of Saturday’s home opener, in recognition of her 100th career NWSL regular season appearance. Huster hit the milestone on March 24 in Washington’s season opening road game against Seattle Reign FC.

The longest tenured Spirit player, Huster has been with the club since the inaugural NWSL season in 2013. In addition to her 100 regular season appearances with the club, Huster has played in four postseason matches, including the 2016 NWSL Championship.

Following the upcoming FIFA international break, Washington will return to NWSL action on Saturday, April 14 for a home game against the North Carolina Courage. Kickoff for the match is set for 7:00 p.m. ET at the Maryland SoccerPlex. [TICKETS]
