Congrats and good luck to Christine Nairn as she joins the 2015 Women’s World Cup champions as they continue their Victory Tour for matches against Brazil on Oct. 21 in Seattle and Oct. 25 in Orlando. Nairn will join her Spirit teammates Ashlyn Harris, Crystal Dunn, and Ali Krieger.
Nairn, 25, has two career caps with the USWNT and scored a goal in an international friendly against Canada in 2009. She was also a member of the 2008 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Champion team.
Nairn appeared in all 20 regular-season matches for the Spirit in 2015, which included 19 starts. She recorded five goals and four assists.
