Spirit Reserves standouts Ashley Herndon and Meghan Cox get off to a fast start on the Women’s Soccer team at James Madison University.
Both garnered Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week honors this past month. Cox scored goals in the first two games for the Dukes and Herndon scored the game winner against Charlotte last week. Cox and Herndon both credit playing on the Washington Spirit Reserves team for their ability to be prepared in making an impact.
