Boyds, MD (July 28, 2017) – Washington Spirit midfielder Line Sigvardsen Jensen and the Denmark Women’s National Team will play Germany on Saturday in the UEFA Women’s EURO quarterfinal round.

The game will be played in Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Denmark advanced through Group A of the EURO by winning two of its three games, earning clean sheets in both victories and only going up one total goal in group play.

Sigvardsen Jensen started all three group games and played the maximum 270 minutes, contributing to Denmark’s winning efforts in the possession battle and in the defensive midfield.

The winner of the match-up between Denmark and Germany will go up against the winner of the Netherlands-Sweden quarterfinal, which will be played on Saturday at 12 p.m. ET.
