Angeli, 27, earned All-Jeffco first team honors in 2003 as well as an All-State honorable mention. In 2004 she was named Gatorade Colorado High School Girls Soccer Player of the Year, Colorado 5A All-State player, and was a 2004 McDonald’s All-American. During Angeli’s high school career she helped her team win league championships in 2002 and 2004.
In 2010, Angeli was drafted by the Boston Breakers in the second round of the WPS draft. During the 2010 WPS season Angeli started in 17 matches and played in 22. She scored seven goals and recorded 1,576 minutes of play, helping the Breakers place second in league during the regular season. Angeli returned to the Breakers in the 2011 WPS season. During the team’s first season match against the Atlanta Beat she suffered a season ending ACL injury. She had played for 29 minutes and scored the first goal of the season for the Breakers.
In 2013, the Washington Spirit selected Angeli in the NWSL Supplemental Draft, however, she was recovering from knee surgery. She did not play for the Washington Spirit in the 2013 season.
